Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife generalist, who can act along product, design and growth lines to fully own the arc from market insight → product decision → growth lever → narrative → outcome. Someone who does not wait for direction, does not need guardrails, and does not confuse activity with impact.

- Have strong product intuition grounded in user psychology. You care deeply about flows, friction, copy, onboarding, pricing, nudges, and why users behave the way they do
- Don't wait for permission or direction. High ownership and autonomy is a non-negotiable. You do not freeze when things are undefined. You act in Founder Mode: you actually believe you run the ship, and fearlessly execute
- Can hold the product in your head like a living system. You breathe it. You argue for it. You defend it. You improve it obsessively
- Have taste. You have product sense, a clear worldview and are opinionated 80% of the times, and if not, you default to research instead of guesswork. You constantly think of aesthetic and differentiation
- Understand how AI works. You should have prior experience in building AI products at scale, owning the process of building and iterating products and think of products from a first-principle
You will help us
- Shape product decisions through deep user understanding and first-principles thinking
- Design/strategize and iterate on onboarding, activation, pricing, and retention loops
- Translate product capabilities into sharp, intuitive narratives users instantly "get"
- Identify and execute unconventional GTM and distribution levers
- Run fast experiments across product, growth, and communication layers
- Be a connective tissue between engineering, design, business, and brand
What you'll get in return
A high base compensation (INR 20,00,000 - 45,00,000) based on your depth and width of experience.
In addition to the base salary, performance-based bonuses, equity and health insurance will be part of your compensation structure.
The selection process
- Resume-based + form-based screening
- Some preliminary conversational exchanges and at least 4 rounds of video/in-person interviews
- An assignment can/would be shared after second or third round. The assignment is a paid one and generally requires 6-8 hours of input
